About Me

As a licensed massage therapist, I am dedicated to providing my clients with a high quality of care. I specialize in a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, and prenatal massage.

My goal is to help my clients achieve optimal physical and mental well-being through the healing power of touch. I am passionate about helping people reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve their overall health and well-being. I am a graduate of the Avenue Five Institute: Beauty & Massage School in Austin, TX, and I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). 

In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation to stay connected to my inner self and to maintain a balance between my body, mind and soul. I look forward to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being.
